Walking distance to the mall. Nice big clean room.

The location is good as it's in the center.

Breakfast service is poor if there's a lot of people to serve. Servers weren't attentive enough to check for guests without orders yet. We had to call many people for us to confirm our orders. I suggest going really early.

The staff. They were all amazing! The restaurant dekada within the hotel also has very good food!

We booked an extra person in the room. But wasn't explained that the extra person charge doesnt include the bed sheets and pillows. You have to pay extra for that. The 2 double beds, only has 4 pillows in total for a 5 person paid room. You have to pay extra for the pillows and blanket. Charging extra for some basic amenities does change the experience.

We are very comfortable in the place most especially in the lobby area and swimming pool. The scenery is relaxing and high ceiling room gives more air ventilation. The terrace gives us a homey feeling. This is a great place for a family vacation.

Overall ambience

Everything was exceptionally good. I might just say, food was a bit boring. Although 5g data connection was available in area. Internet connection provided by the facility was bad.

It was pleasant. The place is decent. My daughter enjoyed he place and has requested to come back.

The property is clean and the room is very spacious. staff are very friendly. I like that they allow outside deliveries without corkage fee. Their coffee is refillable if your room comes with breakfast.

The water heater in the bathroom is hard to adjust, it seems broken. The bathroom secretes an unpleasant smell. The cable box of the tv is not properly installed it's just hanging awkwardly. If you ate planning to borrow plates, spoon and fork,etc. Make sure to ask before they restaurant closes. The water pool is mirky due to the treatments, it seems that they don't regularly replace the water. It's a bit alarming since there's still Covid. I guess it's the guests discretion if you'll use the pool or not.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Location is good as it is close to where we wanted to visit. Courteous staff day and night.Swimming pool is a plus!

Extra bed ordered is literally just an extra bed. You’ll have to pay for extra duvet, pillow or comforter.

Good value, beautiful pool, and location was good.

nice grounds and pool, good location, food was ok, staff were nice and helpful, and rooms were spacious

bathrooms smelled bad like the pipes were exposed too much. Even from upstairs and having both rooms, it was quite loud and easy to hear others a lot and we’re not usually sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served later than what we were told and it came out really slow in stages. They should consider more staff for breakfast.
